'cause i done went to the official store o' my phone carrier? and they done tole me that i could get me an upgrade to a fancy ass phone with a calendar that i can synch to my computer so that my mama will leave me the fuck alone when i stubbornly refuse to leave the park instantly upon her call so that i can write shit down in my planner. her friend "d" always has a calendar in hand to track mamas every move. why can't i be more like "d", she asks? oh, but i digress...
so the fancy man in the branded polo explains that i can upgrade my phone if i pay $240 dollars. i'll pay only $99 in the end, so boy gee howdy is that a good deal, right? fer sure. oh, and an extra $40 (un-refundable) to qualify for the said deal. yeah, uhm, no.
1 refurbished phone + stupid upgrade fee + $25 coffee shop discount of awesome + unexpected freelance payment = $45, bitches. awwwww, yeah. now the big question is, what shall i name her?
the phone, she left texas yesterday, and (as of four to the a to the m) has arrived in the great state of kentucky. *twiddles thumbs*
