things to fix what ails you

a bluebird of happiness, from a friend, on your dash.
a bluebird of happiness, from a friend, on your dash

watching your kid pedal himself a smoothie at the farmers market
(the folks in the background cheered him on)

a special song, just for me, from charlie. he greets the boys with presidential tidbits.

the best cinnamon bun in the universe. i'd show you pictures, but nom nom nom

asparagus in butter, fresh horseradish, and lemon thyme from our garden
farm fresh eggs, spinach wilted with garlic, and topped with chevre

a spontaneous afternoon playdate in the backyard of a friend.

time spent amongst hippies. especially hippie potters teaching kids.

taking in a movie at the art theater

quality time with theLeon spent watching quality television
and, uh, participating in high quality activities

time with the boys on the way home from a parental visit
(while mine were sleeping) (no need to actually advise my parents)

a flat tire that occurred at home and NOT on the highway

remembering that: it's only coffee. it's only coffee. it's only coffee.

I think the eggs, wilted spinach and chevre would help fix what's ailing me right now...at least temporarily.

PS-Nice photos of what looks like a really fun weekend.

PPS-Your chin and mouth and nose look nice, too.
