the leon just doesn't understand my genius. the thriftstores are like fortune tellers, you see.

he thinks i don't need cowboy boots because i'm not a cowboy. seriously. i mean, you never know when you might be called upon to cowpoke, now do you? and it's totally not my fault that the purple suede doc martins happend to be in my size.
oh, and he doesn't think i need the tap shoes, either. i'm totally learning to tap dance, though. barbara allen's school of dance has adult classes, you see. i'm going to learn to tap for my next badge seeing as my sushi rolling skills are starting to kick serious ass.

lastly, the man doesn't think we need tennis rackets. but we are totally going to play tennis this summer. 'cause, like, i want to play tennis.

now the only question left is what awesomeness should be on my feets tonight when i go knitting...

I might be able to see his point on the tennis rackets, but how can he possibly think that you won't need tap shoes or cowboy boots in the future. As for the doc martins, those are sensible shoes made for walkin'making them your most practical buy. I am so sorry that I missed out on the thrift store fun.
