i know that i'm generally very kind when i speak about theLeon on this blog. but i'm at my absolute limit with him right now, and i can't hold back. i know that it is altogether possible that i will delete this entry after writing it. that being said? theLeon is an asshole. do you know what he did tonight? or rather didn't do? he downright refused to go out and get me extra gigantic sparklers when the ones that we had on top of the kitchen cabinets failed to light. can you believe that? i'm outside traipsing around with my itty bitty sparklers and trying to be all mindful and peaceful and shit, when i remember...we have ginormous sparklers (that are only ten or so years old...or more...geez, when did we get those things?). alas, they did not light. wouldn't it seem obvious that the chivalrous thing to do would be to go out and buy your wife some more so that she can continue to engage in mindful sparklery? so, that's it. i've had it. year 19. i'm done.
