i am a sad, sad, petty woman. i admit it.

we have a local store that used to cater to needleworking clientele. at some point they decided to throw knitting stuffs into the mix. they have been a wee bit ornery in the past. i remember the first time i went there? i met up with a woman from the stitch 'n' bitch who had come to help me pick out yarn. and they were so rude to her. this woman has rich taste in yarn. logically speaking, they should totally be kissing her assbutt.

and one time? at the stitch shop? someone said that they were from the stitch 'n' bitch? and they escorted her to the door. no lie. true story.

so, i was weak, and i needed a fix. i ended up at the store of horrors. i especially don't love them because i was compelled to park at the top of a hill in order to feed my need. they are especially evil for forcing this upon a beginning stick shift driver. i am an expert slope avoider...yet? i had to park on a hill. against my will!!!!

at any rate, i am showing my Schadenfreude here...but i am just the teensiest tiniest bit happy to find that, not only has an "adult" video store parked itself on the other side of the wall, but they've also chosen to blast REALLY loud porny music for the listening pleasure of all the yarn store patrons. it is amusing as hell watching those women pretend as if nothing in the world was going on.

i will point out that they were nice to me on this visit.
*snickers about the porn music a wee bit more*

OK, I just choked on my teriyaki a little in reading this.

I SO WISH that Lover's Pantry or Hookers' Video House of Pleasure would park on the other side of one of my LYS's walls...the sticks rammed up their heinies have got to be readjusted.

:) Thanks for making me laugh out loud on a not-so-good day!
