my lovely boss (no sarcasm here, folks, he let me take an early lunch yesterday so that i wouldn't miss a tasting festival at the local olive oil importer) did a little, uhm, under-scheduling of the rwkn for a few weeks during this benefits cycle. thus? the only thing rwkn has been doing lately is working, drinking the java, trying to stay awake whilst wrangling the chilluns, and, uhm, working. this week, for example? m,w,f, saturday close, & sunday. t & th, the leon has class, so those days are a full on wrangling fiesta. which leads the rwkn to a happy conclusion...i have amazing friends! i can't tell you how many impromptu stitch 'n' bitches have sprung up during painfully long shifts. a world of suck sucks so much less when kickass friends abound.
okay, gotta go do an exercise tape with the kids, don the black & white, and make sure the knitting is packed....
