so far, so good. last night we discovered that my mother makes moonshine. i do believe that it is a plum brandy, actually. good stuff. this morning i spent the vast majority of my time in a mumu. the pressies were all big hits, naps were had, and now we're settling down to dinner (with nary a meltdown in sight). the leon will work boxing day, and return to collect us, before heading up into the mountains. we'll even have time to decompress upon our return.
