yesterday i went into the daycare threw the h-man over my shoulder and headed to the movies. we got free tickets to dreamer from ye olde workplace (i am a graphic designer for a horse magazine). it twere fun. we got kiddie meals. i kept putting him in my lap and kissing him. he kept reaching over from his seat and holding my hand.
we went for dinner afterwards. on our way home, i asked him what he wanted to get his dear papa for his birthday. he said we should get him a tie so that he can wear it when we go to our fancy dinner tonight.
good thing we're shipping the wee ones off. three words for you. shoe. polish. sofa.
i've got ice skating, thai food & knitting, and a hot date with my man tonight. and maiming the children? would put a real damper on things. plus? so cute right now. playing in the bathtub enjoying each other's company. don't worry. i did the good mom thing and punished them. but they served their time. i figure i should expunge their records.
