beautiful weather today. complements my mood. i had a lovely time knitting last night. and by knitting, i mean being interrogated by two of my dear friends.

the day? she was not so good. and the books for my spanish class? they didnotsomuch arrive. they muchmore ditched me, and thus i was forced to go to the brick-and-morter to search for the suckers. first the basic learn español book, and then the grammar. because, like, when the woman in my class? who is old and sassy? and knows her latin? and french? and starts going on about the finer points of spanish grammar? i kinda zone out. but workbooks? i do love a fine workbook.

i also picked up the lithgow palooza book http://www.lithgowforkids.com/ i'm too tired/lazy/[insert excuse here]to do the easy clicky linky thing. then off to fourbucks where i was told that i need to make life affirming changes. and that i'm a wuss. they were firm, but not nasty. that works for me. i'm all about the straightforward approach.

and now i have a life affirming change to do list. because things like this do not happen without a list. plus? the lists? they make me hawt. can't you hear the sizzle?

i am going to go pick up the kidlings, now, and make some soup. today should have soup.
