i just made inspiring black bean patties. the boys had theirs like burgers, i plated mine with some whole berry cranberry sauce. i think there will be more when the leon gets back from class...because i'm already craving more.

in other news, in punishment for leaving a decent paying job in order to spend more time with them, my kids have decided to be total jerks. they're all about "keepin' it real." nice of them to pull out the stops on the while i'm working both jobs. so festive!

and no. it isn't quite time for the toe decreases. why do i feel like i'm in purgatory? grrr...
