drive-by venting

okay so last night i wentopickup the kids and leon had already done so and then i went to get fabric for the dress for the party and they didn't have piping so i had to drive to the next place. and? when i went to get a non-meat burger at the fast food joint because i was starving they just put this cheesewhiz produt on a bun and called it a day. when i finally got home all i wanted was the dinner that i had prepped and that leon threw together. there was only a bit left, when i went to throw more together leon got peeved because he wanted to do it, but then he added a horrible amount of ginger. then we were out of pineapple, so i couldn't make more. then i asked leon to go get us some food and small heaters because it is impossible to keep our room warm because it is over a crawlspace and it is going to snow. i tried to cut out the dress but c was up a million times and i had to run up and down those stairs. he came home with the heaters and forgot the grub and went back out and came home with bananas, pretzels, cheese, spaghetti sauce, and taco shells. we literally have nothing in the pantry...banana tacos, anyone? and so we didn't get to bed until like one. then this morning he left without taking out ellie or leaving the carseat or switching out the laundry so he came back and took ellie out and helped me get the dryer going (because you have to turn the furnace off, unplug the fridge, and plug something in the kids room to get it to work...how did i not know?) and then he left again without leaving the seat before i called out to him. but our clothes never got dry so i had to scrounge and i couldn't find the left boot of the smaller snowboot pair and had to go looking for an old pair of harrison's boots (which i found) and try to cobble together some extras for the "i'm suddenly not potty trained anymore" child. then i get to work and try to do that year in the life meme but i can't get the .ogg file to play (i think it is for may) so that i can transcribe the first line for the meme and none of the things that i download for the mac seem to be working so i go looking for a converter that will work and i can't find one that does. it is so cold inside that i need to wear gloves. believe me i've complained but nobody seems to care and this afternoon i see the shrink and the meds lady and i don't know what to say because while today is somewhat unusual it isn't really all that atypical. right now the windows are drafty but leon hasn't gotten that fixed even though he's had the plastic since last year and he still hasn't quite fixed the electricity or the dishwasher or the sink in the bathroom heck i can't get a lightbulb replaced and i'm too short to do it without a ladder which i can't get to because it is in the back of the garage which i can't open because the door sticks. i know my husband is tired but i am too and i cook and clean and always shop and he apparently can't shop the way i want him to because although he got some things he didn't get others and he spent to much and now i'm going to have to scrimp so that we can eat and pay the bills. and lemmie just tell you the bills are stacking up in an unbelievable way and the internet still isn't working at the house and i just can't handle one more thing now that i've discovered that i am going to have to learn plumbing and electricity and grow to the height that makes lightbulb changing easier.
