the combination of that bastard daylight savings time, and my allergy/asthma bundle have gotten me all doldrumy. tonight i have to work. i'm going to have to fight like hell to keep myself from barricading my ass in my bedroom and diving under the covers. i think the lack of oxygen is going to my head, or not going to my head, or something. also filed under troubling is the camera disaster of '07. the little guy did a heck of an accidental drop on the sucker, which means a hella blur on our photos. don't say that i didn't warn ya...

THE most amazing veggie patties on earth with cabbage/tomato slaw and paprika cauliflower


i've made some veggie packed lentil and tomato soup for dinner. little guy and i made whole wheat sesame crackers to go with it. we used the pasta maker to make flat sheets, and then cut the crackers out with a cookie cutter. MUCH easier than rolling them out with a pin.

the leon's mama sent us a care package which included two books for the kiddos. i've got to go read now before the natives self destruct from book anticipation.
