it's a classically fall day today. all reds and oranges and nippy little breezes that let you know that fall is coming. we snagged some doughnuts this morning, came home for some cartoons, and spent most of the afternoon at the park. we explored the art museum a bit before the big kid declared the old building creepy, and snuck into the community center to see what shitz were going down. apparently? ping-pong league. yup. ping-pong is big in my hood, as is the free hip hop dancing lessons. we just got back. i had a kid on my shoulders for a big chunk of the return.

next there will be a warm bath. food. closing shift at the coffee house.
