the wardrobe is starting to come together. turns out that dressy jackets combined with more casual fare is the direction all this is going. the newest pieces are a really great pair of jeans, a fabulous casual black shirt, and a swing jacket. next up? classic black pants and a black skirt (where the hell have all the skirts gone? why can't i find a decent skirt?). hopefully i can find some funkier layered pieces, as well.

now that the clothes are coming together, it's time for some hair.

will update these very important topics in about two weeks. i have a patron of the coffee shop that owns the fanciest hair joint in town. he likes me, and has agreed to give me a very fabulous deal. it's difficult to get an appointment, though, with all the very important people that he attends to, so it will take me a bit before i can let you know about my fabulous appointment, and the hair that i come home with. this is all so amusing, i must say.
